Is a dog typically sick from a first dose of Ivomec? - ivomec for parakeets
Simply start one of my pit bulls on Ivomec 1%. It was for heart worm tested and was negative, and all plans are updated about 3 days or more, but he was on the last day or two vague, and vomited twice. Is this typical, or perhaps precisely because of all the shots during the Ivomec. I gave him what the vet suggested, 6 cc of the solution.

Probably because all drugs. If my dog his shots in order to do the rest of the day and if you get sick. I am sure he will be fine.
No, they are not. Some dogs are sensitive to Ivomec (in general, family members, but Collie May relate to other breeds, which also includes APBT), a reaction seems to take your dog to the vet.
None of my dogs had a problem with it. Maybe you should give your vet a ring and ask. He can tell whether or not his normal reaction.
