Given the financial crisis and goes on many mortgages from lenders, what are my realistic options?
I bought the property in December 2005 for $ 200,000 with a deposit of £ 75,000 and a mortgage of £ 125,000.
The value of the property now stands at around EUR 220.000 - so that the SUV is still pretty good.
The only problem I have is that I am no longer in use. Can I still remortgage even if I have a job?
